Available Positions

Three Men Talking — Cleaning Services in East Syracuse NY

Cleaning Specialist

You receive optimum training and work with good supervisors as an entry-level custodian. You have a chance to advance to a supervisor or job manager.

Building or Crew Supervisor

You receive training on how to work with your team to get the job done for our customers as a new supervisor.

Program Manager

A program manager handles a single large account. You may have between 25 and 50 cleaners working for you. You may also be responsible for managing the snow removal, grounds care, recycling, trash removal, and even maintenance on the heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. It's a big job, but you get a lot of help.

Operations, District, or Area Manager

You supervise many accounts in a geographic area. Usually you have a supervisor on-site for each account. You are involved in scheduling, ordering equipment, inspecting buildings, interviewing, training, and hiring staff.

Property and Facility Management

We have a growing need for men and women with a background in commercial property management or in facility management as our national accounts grow and more customers want us to bundle our services.

Corporate, Administrative, and Other Positions

Very often, individuals are promoted into corporate staff positions from within, but we always like to hear from people with special talents.
